When the company secured the contract for Burj Al Arab (formerly -Chicago Beach Hotel Tower) in 1996, it was the catalyst that launched the company to a new greatness.

In order to give the proper commitment that the Burj Al Arab Project needed, Al Abbar formed the Custom Projects Division for the sole responsibility of this project.

The Custom Projects Division is led by a dedicated management team.
