The management of Al Abbar Group is committed to the task of implementing a quality system which conforms to ISO 9001:2000 requirements. The company has a quality policy which ensures that all the activities are well planned and monitored to ensure total customer satisfaction.

The Quality department has developed procedures in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 requirements for various activities within the company and monitors that all the activities are carried out strictly in accordance with these procedures. The procedures are constantly enhanced to ensure that all the activities are well planned and executed to ensure total customer satisfaction along with the smooth flow of the project.

As per Project Necessities, at the beginning of a project, a Project Quality Plan is prepared and it is constantly updated as per the requirements of the clients. The QA/QC department has trained internal auditors who carries out internal audits at regular intervals at each sites and on each departments to ensure that all the activities are carried out in accordance with the stipulated procedures with proper documentation.

This department also conducts regular in-house training for the employees and External training is provided for senior staff members to keep in pace with the constantly changing requirements.

Al Abbar Group's division has been certified as an ISO 9001:2000 company on January 2002 by AIB VINCOTTE International Ltd., Brussels, Belgium.

Al Abbar Group, their directors and managers acknowledge their duties under the occupational Health and Safety Regulations and Rules in force in the Dubai Emirate.
