Insights

The art of façade design  is playing a significant role in the design of modern architecture. Such an approach better connects interior spaces with the outdoor spaces and views to nature. The Royal Atlantis uses high-tech minimal aluminium profiles with high load-bearing capacity to achieve excellent aesthetic results.

The sliding doors used in the project with 3m height and 7m width have been tested for ISO/ IEC 17025 by a certified Test laboratory. Air permeability standards are BS EN 1026:2016 with differential test pressure 600 Pascal and Water Tightness Test, Method 2A, BS EN 1027: 2016 with peak test pressure 600 Pascal. Cyclic Static Air Pressure Difference – Water Penetration Test with pressurized chamber up to 450 Pascal. Resistance of Wind Load Test – BS EN 12211: 2016 with wind load pressure of 2750 Pascal for maximum allowed deflection of L/175 along with the vertical frame.

Repeated Water Tightness Test, Method 2A, BS EN 1027: 2016 are conducted to confirm the specified standards.
